Today I’m trying vegan pizza at the most famous pizza restaurant in Naples, Italy — Pizzeria Gino Sorbillo! I ended up ordering the Umberto Vegana. The tomatoes, seasoning and texture of the crust was lovely. Pizzeria Gino Sorbillo kept the vegan cheese natural/organic and although it didn’t add too much flavor to an already very flavorful pizza, it added some texture and protein.

Pizzeria Gino Sorbillo has had its fair share of drama after being bombed earlier in the year, but the pizzeria has come back strong and I for one was so glad they actually had an option for plant-based eaters! Anyways, I hope you all enjoy 
Could you consider a video on some of the cheap vegan protein options? I have made seitan recently, and can also get soy flour/chickpea flour in my area for not much money. Also TVP. I need to use low cost ingredients because I don’t have much money.
Where I come from, Marinara pizza is usually covered in seafood.
