Hello Gretchen, love the recipe. I was wondering if I can substitute soy milk for almond milk. I don’t like soy milk, but I use almond milk all the time. Thank you in advance
Please, can you tell me how you make the flax paste? You add the hot water to the flax seeds and then?
yes ground flax seed, then hot water let stand to thicken then add as you would the egg
Can you show how to properly fill and ice a cake. I create a border but no matter when I fill it with a ganache or fruit filling, it seeps out!
