This recipe makes a SMALL CAKE (in a 6 inch pan) or about 5 cupcakes. It is perfect if you want portion control or if you’re trying to eat healthy and this is your cheat meal. Although this recipe is pretty healthy as well! So if you want a bigger cake or more cupcakes just double the recipe.
These cupcakes tasted amazing!!! I hope you try this recipe and see for yourself!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup gluten free oat flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats and grinded them in a food processor)
1/2 tsp baking soda
For decorating I used white cookie icing (its vegan/gluten free and from Walmart) and sprinkles.
