I have a question, maybe no one will notice that but well im gonna try asking anyway😅 so at first im so sorry for my lacking English. So the question I wanted to ask is: is it OK for me I’m 15 and 5’7 and 115 pounds to eat 1700 calories a day. Im counting calories and ive been searching how many I’m allowed to eat I’ve read about 1700 but all of my friends and people I know say that this is actually pretty low. I know kinda dump question 😅 but anyways do you know it maybe? Oh I also don’t do any exercises but I’m gonna go to the gym soon for the first time (tomorrow or so)
A H yeah ^^ im a vegetarien and i eat only good stuff 😂 so almost to never progressed food or so i wanted to start being vegan but my Body is still growing up so im not really allowed to go vegan yet so the food schould be no problem 🙂
Melissa Fast 115 pounds is on the lower side for 5’7, so if you are currently eating 1700 calories and not losing but not gaining weight without exercise, then that should be the amount to maintain the weight, although since being a teenager, the body is still developing, it’s kind of dangerous to eat too low. So maybe start at 1800 or so after you start lightly exercising, and increase as you become more active. But it is just as important or even more important to make sure that the calories come from food that is fuel, not bad foods

Melissa Fast a teenager shouldn’t eat under 1800 calories.. and on top of that if you are very active and start going to the gym a lot, your body requires more calories since a lot is being burned

I eat them within my meals 😊 usually on top of nice cream or oatmeal.. but honestly my hubby and family eat most of them 😅

Hi Brittany! I wonder at what time do you wake up and go to sleep? I’ve been watching your insta stories and your meals, they all seem so early for me. I would like to adjust to your times!
Try not to compare yourself to others. You must do what works best for YOU!🙏 But since you’ve asked, I wake up at 6:30am and go to sleep between 9:30-10:30pm 😊✌️ however on Sundays I have a full rest day and do not work, therefore I tend to sleep in until 8-8:30am 😅
