Hi guys, for today’s video, I was hugely inspired by Krist Soup (channel link down below) who did the purple foods diet for a day. I thought, since my hair is red and I love the colour red, why don’t I do the red food diet?! I bought a bunch of foods that are “supposedly” red and I only ate red food for a day. I had a lot of fun filming this and figuring out what I should eat – so I hope you guys enjoy!

I’m so happy to have discovered you on here as you’re so down-to-earth and
easy to follow…you’re so helpful that tonight I’m making the Kimchi Beet
Fried Rice. I’m off to the store to get more kimchi because I just ran out
yesterday and go through a jar about every 3-4 days since I love it so

Haha I love everything about this 😉 I’m always scared to try beets, but
I’ll have to give it a shot next time~
I love Krist!! She’s so lovely. Rose, would you ever invest in a better
knife? I found that my knife skills VASTLY improved once I got a better
chef’s knife. I have a student chefs knife that was $50, but it’s one that
I’ll be using forever, and I don’t really use any other knife.

Looks awesome! Haha my bf pointed something out about the watermelon and
apple being red…
The outside of a watermelon is green but inside is red…. So should it be
red or green? I said red b/c you eat the red part.
Then he said well the outside of an apple is red, but the inside is
white… Therefore shouldn’t it be a white fruit if you use the same logic?

Haha true. BUT…. you eat the skins AND insides of an apple…both red and
white. xD
yes, but you EAT the skin of apples which are red. You don’t eat the rind
of watermelon! Tell him THAT! LOL

Dead man’s fingers (that’s a fruit name lol) are blue
There’s no natural blue foods, they’re more blue-ish/violett, so let’s add
dark grapes, elderberries, egg-plant, figs, cassis, blackberries and plums
😀 (Yes, I looked it up, cause I got curious XD)
