RECIPE :
70g (5/8 cup) of rolled oats
25gm flaked almonds
4 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil
4 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoon of milk or almond milk
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Bake at 180° for 12-15 mins
