Pineapple Upside Down Cake (vegan!)
Ingredients:
1 can Pineapple Rings in 100% Juice or Fresh Pineapple
1 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/3 cup Oil
1 & 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Sugar

Try using the pineapple juice in place of the oil, it puts the pineapple taste throughout the cake
