Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon agar powder
1/2 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons tapioca flour/starch

I saw a recipe that uses agar powder to make pepper jack cheese and for some reason I’m afraid to use it. But I will try your recipe first. I’ll post to let you know how it turned out.

Hi, Jon! I haven’t used soaked and ground but I did use homemade cashew cream to substitute the coco milk and it was amazing.
