Hey guys! I finally gave in to your demands on what vegan skin care products I use; I mostly stick to two main brands at the moment but open to suggestions on what other vegan skincare products you use!
Read about my skincare routine here:
This is my vegan and cruelty-free night routine, which is NOT SPONSORED by the way. These are all the vegan-friendly skincare products I use to keep my acne at bay and hopefully (fingers crossed) slow down my aging. Not that there is anything wrong with aging– I simply prefer to do it gracefully.

I’m wondering why you’re not using the granactive retinol from the ordinary!
I’m always going back and forth on these anti-aging products… You talk about your ex a lot on social media and his misogyny showing up in different forms, well mine definitely put a lot of value on my youth (he was 12 years older). I get so mad about how men are allowed to age and become “more distinguished” and more attractive, while so much of women’s value is in their youthful appearance. As I approach 30 soon, I feel like as a person I’ve only gotten better with age, and I wish society recognized that in women instead of giving us an expiry date (which we can delay by using all of these products! Buy, buy, buy! Consume, consume, consume!). I’m not judging you at all, because I too buy some of these anti-aging products when I see that forehead crease starting to form…but I think it’s important to think critically and rebel against this message that tells women that their youth is their value. You talk a lot about other feminist topics like this on insta, and I love it, and I was wondering if this topic has ever been something you thought about. LOVE YOU, LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!
You take care of your skin and it shows. Many non vegans or ex vegans claim vegans age horribly but to that I say they are comparing personality types not actual aging.
It is known a lot of vegans are hippies and don’t use ANY products… no moisturizers no skin care routine whatsoever. They use some natural hippy soap and call it day. Hippy personality types tend to be attracted to veganism.
So when they go on camera and spend years on YouTube doing this minimal skin care routine as they age their skin gets dryer less oily and wrinkles start to show more and skin texture is bad. But that’s because these vegans don’t exfoliate and use regular natural soap to wash their face.
This happened to me, I went on a hippy stint threw away all products just used dr.bronners soap, and used that only. No moisturizer nothing. I noticed as I got older and older my face was less oily and was more on the dry side. Once I snapped out of the hippy routine and switched back to using products on my skin… my skin is like butter now. So soft, plump and I have even got a little bit of my oily skin back (which looks more youthful then matte dry skin)
So people that point to freelee and others with bad looking skin… it’s simple they aren’t taking care of their skin! Spending hours in the sun, not exfoliating, no moisturizer…. you can only get away with that for so long. Once you hit late 20s, 30s , 40s your skin needs extra care. So I say eat hippy 100% organic Whole Foods if you want…. but please please search out some good products for your face. I swear I just want to exfoliate the hell out of freelees face and really pamper her skin to make it 💯
Could you please tell us what nail polish you’re wearing? It’s gorgeous 😍
I also had* really bad acne but then I started using elf makeup removal and very gentle vegan facial wash then alaffia lotion, almond oil then castor oil (in that order) and it worked wonders😎
Every so often I might get a bump or 2 but unless I get lazy and stop following the full routine I don’t get major breakouts
Love you but oh my. So many products & so much packaging! Ugh.
