  1. My boyfriend is diabetic and transitioning to vegan and I feel like people that talk negatively about vegans who are low carb don’t realize that for some people it’s necessary. thank you for being open to trying it but some people in the comments are really disrespectful.

    1. I hear that super high carb meals spike your blood sugar, so your body has to pump out a lot more insulin to get it down. This process took get back to equilibrium makes you sleepy.

      I try to keep my carb consumption per meal down to below 40, but I expect everyone’s threshold is different.

  3. Can you make a naengmyeon recipe? Or have you before? I want to make one but I’m lazy so I need your lazy perfection
