A great new twist to the traditional Thandai recipe… by adding a touch of Bengali Meetha Paan
Ingredients
1/2 liter boiled milk
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 tsp Gulkand (Sweetened Rose Petals)
1 Kolkata Meetha paan ( Betel Leaf)
3 tsp Poppy seeds
2 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
2 tsp Melon seeds
15-20 Pieces of Cashewnuts
6-7 Black Pepper corns
water as required
