A homemade dough reminiscent of a puff pastry is filled with preserves, chopped pecans, raisins, coconut sugar and cinnamon. It is rolled up like a little “cookie crossoint” if you will, coated with a touch more cinnamon sugar and popped in the oven. They come out golden, after cooling they crisp up and make the most heavenly treat. I made these for Gerald’s birthday, join me in wishing Gerald a Happy Birthday in a new Artistic Vegan Show. 🎉🙌🎉
