This recipe is so good you will be glad I doubled it for you. Just keep these delicious squares of goodness in the freezer and they will keep for weeks…if they last that long!!
Base Layer
2 Flax “eggs” (2Tbsp Flax + 6Tbsp filtered water)
1 Cup Vegan Butter
1/2 Cup Raw Sugar
1/2 Cup Cacao Powder
2 Cups Crushed Digestive Biscuits
3 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut
3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Filling Layer
3/4 Cup Vegan Butter
3 Tbsp+1 Tsp Shortening
6 Cups Icing Sugar
5 Tbsp Custard Powder
2 Tbsp Soy Mylk
Chocolate Top
1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp+ 1 Tsp Vegan Butter
