How To Have An Epic Fat Loss Transformation:

I copied this general recipe from a guy named Mic The Vegan. He has a great YouTube channel in my opinion. You should check him out.

I consider this pizza heart healthy because of a few reasons:
1. It has 0 cholesterol
2. It has 0 saturated fat
3. It has a lot green leafy vegetables
4. It is oil free

Here is Mic the vegan’s video of the pizza I copied:

  1. What healthy versions of recipes would you all like to see? I can try to convert anything and show you guys. I’m up for the challenge.

my version of healthy is: vegan, low-oil (preferably none), high vitamins & minerals and filling for the amount of calories.

    1. Mac and cheese sounds like a good idea. It’s gonna be tough to make it vegan, easy to make and oil free… but it will be a hell of a lot healthier that way. Thanks!
