Cheap Lazy Vegan Lentils
Cheap Lazy Vegan black beans and rice, chia seeds, quinoa, peanut butter.
Lentils
Semen rentention. Lots of protein and other nutrients your body can use when you don’t have sex or masturbate. I encourage people to try it. You dont get sick also 🙂 Oh food wise. Hemps seeds, chia seeds, chicpeas, black beans, sprouted buckwheat, various nuts. Easy!
Chickpeas! All hail the mighty chickpea. Then I’d go tofu, probably, but I love chickpeas.
I hate to break it to you but you are not lazy! Looks so yummy!!
Don’t mind me I’m just a small vegan YouTuber looking for supporters 💚💚 Also loveeeedd the recipes! Going to try a lot of these 😊
The more seitan is kneaded the less bread like it will be.
I have been working with Thrive Market surrounding biodynamic Foods. Biodynamic farming is worse than organic and kills animals. It was thought up by a crazy man truly and there aren’t many people who grow this way because it burns alive mice and moles and any small animals in the area. They are going to stop carrying biodynamic Foods as it is so cruel.
Seitan is my favourite at the moment 😊 but usually lentils! Anyway, great video again!
Oh and knead the seitan for longer, let it sit for 5 minutes and then cut/tear/shape it. If you want it to have more ‘bite’ try mixing in some black beans/chick peas or any other bean – it makes a big difference! Also, don’t let the water come to a boil. That makes it spongy too! I hope this helps 🙂
Organic is not vegan! If anyone wants an explanation I will be happy to provide one. Elizabeth MD Ph.D specialized nutrition science
Alidan Danial okay I will tell you and it will take up some space but I will try to be as concise as possible. As you know organic farmers cannot use synthetic fertilizer so they use a variety of items. They use fluffy yellow baby chicken males put through a wood chipper alive they also use fish that are specifically fished by fishermen for the only purpose of fertilizer. Organic Farms also use manure and in the UK human manure along with most of Europe. Bone meal and animal by-product are also commonly used. Remember that the organic farmer has to purchase these things from the animal cruelty industry. Many of these fertilizers go systemic into what it is used for growing so that some organic food has traces of animal by-product which isn’t my biggest concern with this. My biggest concern is that animals are dying to grow organic food and money is changing hands to do so. There seems to be no end to the animal cruelty business. It is also not healthier than conventional food and never has been. The way synthetic pesticides work today and how scientists have been absolutely able to pinpoint an amount to use is amazing. They don’t just spray with abandon and nothing synthetic goes systemic that’s a tongue twister! So if you are rinsing your fruits and vegetables that are conventionally grown you are getting a superior product in every way including for your health than when you purchase organic. That’s pretty much it in a nutshell and there are many peer reviewed studies which are easily Googled regarding this and biodynamic farming. This regarding organic farming is not as easy to find because they would rather keep it under wraps. Please excuse any typos as I must voice type 100% of the time and I proofread as I go. I don’t always catch every mistake. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask I am usually around.
