RECIPE
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. organic sugar
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. cold water
Fine sea salt (for sprinkling)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To a bowl, add flour, baking powder, sugar, parsley, salt, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well. Add oil, and stir until clumps form. Add water, and stir until the dough comes together. Roll out on a floured surface until very thin. Use a 1 ½-inch square cookie cutter to cut out crackers (re-roll, and cut the dough until it has all been used). Place on a baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Prick with a fork to make holes in each cracker. Sprinkle with fine sea salt. Bake 9-10 minutes. Makes about 54 crackers.

They look soooo good. Do you know if i could replace the flour with oat, corn, rice or almond flour?
@somethingvegan thank you!
Thanks! I would recommend trying either all oat flour, or maybe oat flour with some rice flour. You will probably need more flour than called for, so just keep adding until the dough seems right. Sorry I’m not more help!
I’ll definitely be making these. They look tasty!
Thanks– I hope you like them!!
wow.. awesome recipe
