1 Tablespoon of Tahini

1-2 Tablespoon of Date/Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
1/2 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon of Almond/Peanut Butter
For the Flax Egg:
1 Tablespoon of Ground Flax Seeds (or 1 TBS of Chia Seeds)
2 Tablespoons of Water
