Ever tried gluten free vegan Pizza ?
Still not sure about the taste
we made it plain today
but adding chopped onion,capsicum,spring onions and tomato sauce along with vegan cheese will add more to this pizza as a topping
Ingredients:
Soak for 8-10 hours
1 cup urad dhal
1 cup yellow Moong dhal
1 cup Green moong dhal
1 cup red lentil
1 tbsp red chili powder
(dry chili flakes are optional)
Sea salt as needed
oil as needed
To add seasonings to your veggie pizza
Add chopped onion,capsicum,spring onions and tomato sauce along with vegan cheese as a topping
you may be creative in adding spices like oregano,basil etc along with colorful vegetables like shredded carrot,shredded cabbage,
chopped fine tomatoes as an addition to toppings
