For the love of pizza! Gluten free vegan pizza by Vegan DLite, that is. This pizza was made with a gluten free crust, olive oil sauce (minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried oregano), dairy free mozzarella, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and fresh basil.
The crust was par-baked at 475 degree for 10 min and then for an additional 8 min at 475 degrees once the toppings were added.
All of the ingredients are gluten free, non-GMO, dairy-free, and soy free. This is a delightful gluten free vegan option that is easy to make and fun to share. Add your favorite yummy toppings to personalize it to your taste buds.
