Hi guys, welcome to another (finally) vegan meal prep video! This time, I did an extensive 5 day meal prep with ALL the meals/snacks prepared in advance. I admit it was a lot of work, but it definitely paid off throughout the week when I didn’t have to worry about cooking.

This is a great thing to do if you are a student or work full-time and you don’t have much time throughout the week to cook or focus on packing your lunch every night. You can feel free to personalize and customize this is whatever way you see fit (if you don’t want to do a full 5 day meal prep, you could divide in to 3 + 2 days).
