Fruit Watermelon Cake (Vegan, Kid Friendly)
Ingredients:
•1 banana
•1 peach
•1 apple
• Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon
• One melon slice
• A handful of blackberries
• A handful of blueberries
• A handful of grapes
• A handful of plums
•1 watermelon /seedless/
• Fresh mint for decoration

Instructions:
1. Slice the apples, peach and banana into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice so the fruit can keep its natural color and not turn brown
2. Cut the top and bottom of the watermelon and use that middle part for the base of the cake, then remove the peel from the sides.
3. Arrange the apples, peach and melon on top, add blackberries to make the colors pop
4. Decorate the sides first with grapes and plums (alternate) and add banana slices on top. Decorate with mint.
5. Using an ice cream scoop or measuring spoon, scoop from of the remaining watermelon and melon and arrange on wooden sticks that you will put on top of the cake.

Продукти:
• 1 бр. банан
• 1 бр. нектарина
• 1 бр. ябълка
• Прясно изцеден сок от ½ лимон
• Резен пъпеш
• Шепа къпини
• Шепа боровинки
• Шепа грозде
• Шепа джанки
• 1 бр. диня /по възможност без семки/
• Прясна мента за украса

Приготвяне:
1. Нарежете ябълките, нектарината и банана на тънки филийки и ги залейте със сока от лимон
2. Отрежете горната и долната част на динята, така че от средата да оформите основата на тортата
3. Обелете кората и почистете семките
4. Наредете като ветрило ябълката и нектарината върху динята, като редувате резените
5. В средата сложете къпините
6. Украсете отстрани първо със зърна грозде и джанки /които също редувате/ , а отгоре с филийките банан. Добавете стръкчетата мента
7. С помощта на лъжичка за сладолед или мерителна лъжичка изрежете топчета от останала диня и от пъпеша
8. На дървен шиш набодете топка диня, топка пъпеш и завършете с джанка
9. Забодете шишчетата в средата на тортата
