Everything looks so delicious!
This might sound like a silly question, but what is the idea behind dipping the tofu first into the flour, then the eggy mix, then again into flour? Could the first two steps be combined so you only need to dip twice? Or all three steps – mix all the dredges together and just dip once?
By the way, I loved this video! Everything looked amazing. My mouth is watering now.
