Full Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbs melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbs gluten free flour mix
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp sugar free dark chocolate chips (I use the Lilly’s brand)
1 tsp coconut nectar
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl mix coconut oil, vanilla extract, and coconut nectar until combined.
Mix in gluten free flour, sea salt, and chocolate chips until the mixture becomes cookie dough texture.
Using a cookie scoop, form the cookie dough into bite sized balls and place in a serving dish.
Enjoy the yumminess!
