Hi everyone! I made some super easy and scrumptious two-ingredient vegan cookies and I brought them to work today so I can eat ten of these glorious cookies and not feel guilty. I hope you enjoy and try out the recipe – takes only 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to bake (I would highly recommend that you can do a quick workout or do your hair or do your makeup in the morning). Yes, I’m all about efficiency here.

– Oats
– Any toppings you like or none at all! In this video, I had dried cranberries, chocolate chips, and peanut butter — all of these can be substituted based on what you like and your dietary lifestyle!
