I have cooked chickpeas and peanut butter ready to go and OOPS I recently bought chocolate for “cooking”.
I’m ALL about less dishes (even though I have dishwasher..) and sometimes my meals suffer lol my husband gives me shit all the time for this.
I know what you mean about protein. I used to only consciously add legumes to dinner but now I make lunch around legumes also and feel great all the time. I notice when I miss a second serving of legumes. I guess most veg protein is from legumes (nuts do not usually form meals) so we probably noticed the same thing.
ohhh I want to make just the batter without the baking powder and eat it raaaaw
