As much as I love burgers, I don’t think I’ve ever done a vegan burger video! I always thought of them as difficult to make, for some reason… now I know that they are easy to make and also can be made very healthy and delicious. This burger is super simple with just a few ingredients, it is oil free, protein-filled, nutritious and can be made completely gluten free just as long as you use a gluten free bun. As you know, I don’t like to make things complicated, so I kept the ingredients to a minimum and just added some spices. This is something you could make in a big batch, freeze and eat later!
*You can also pan fry or grill them if you want to cook them faster.

Oats aren’t gluten free tho :/
Such a great video and great recipes thank you! You’re awesome. xxS
It looks so yummy,I have to try x) although i’ll probably fail..Because i’m
terrible at making food. I’m one of those people who even fails at making
tomato soup..
I just made these burgers tonight! It was really easy and made a quite
convincing burger, carnivore approved by my boyfriend.
I added some Cajun seasoning and old bay seasoning, as well as some soy
sauce and Annie’s vegan Worcestershire sauce. We ate them on toasted bread
and tried out different toppings like hummus, sauerkraut, vegan mayo,
salsa, and avocado. Everything was delicious with them! Thank you for the
recipe!
that looks dry
Nice. I would cook it on the pan with some oil instead of baking it. Looks
too much like dry cookies when baked lol
You are just so adorable! I am not sure why making bean burgers with a
voiceover is adorable, but hey, you did it Rose.
