Here are some mug cakes I have been majorly loving, as you will notice they all have a a very similar recipe. They are based off of a singly recipe I created, each one you mix all the ingredients listed below and microwave for 2 min.
Double Chocolate Mug Cake:
1 tbsp tahini or coconut oil or oil or nut butter
1 tbsp oil (any kind)
3 tbsp maple syrup (any liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
2 tbsp cocoa
5 tbsp flour (I have only tried using all-purpose flour)
2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
Pinch of vanilla, salt and baking soda
Classic Vanilla Mug Cake:
1 tbsp tahini or coconut oil or oil or nut butter
1 tbsp oil (any kind)
3 tbsp maple syrup (any liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
6 tbsp flour (I have only tried using all-purpose flour)
Pinch of vanilla, salt and baking soda
Tahini Strawberry Cake:
1 tbsp tahini or coconut oil or oil or nut butter
1 tbsp oil (any kind)
3 tbsp maple syrup (any liquid sweetener)
3 tbsp non-dairy milk
2 tbsp chopped berries
6 tbsp flour (I have only tried using all-purpose flour)
Pinch of vanilla, salt and baking soda
