This easy banana caramel upside down cake – vegan ia a decadent cake I have been making over the years. It is easy and simple to make but tasty and lusciuos. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Ingredients for Banana caramel upside down cake – vegan:

– FOR THE BATTER:

– 4 to 5 bananas, mashed

– 1 cup of sugar

– 1/2 cup oil

– 1 tbsp cinnamon

– 3 TBSP flaxseed, hidrated in water

– pinch of salt

– 1 TBSP of baking powder

– FOR THE BANANA CARAMEL:

– 1 cup of brown sugar

– 1/2 cup of butter or margerine

– 4 to 5 bananas, sliced
