These vegan cookies are more like brookies. It’s a cross between a brownie and a cookie. They’re moist, chocolatey and decadent, without the guilt. Also crispy on the top and around the edges and soft in the middle. You will love them.
‘Recipe

2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp espresso
Wet ingredients
2 eggs worth of egg replacer ( I used bobs red mills)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup organic cane sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 TBS melted dairy free choice chips ( I used enjoy life)
Mix wet ingredients into dry and fold in choice chips, (I used trader joes brand and king david kosher white baking coins)for the white chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 10 mins
