Hey lovelies!! you all asked so here it is!!! I love ya’ll so much that I’m sharing my famous chocolate chip cookie 🍪recipe!!! When I transitioned to vegan 2 years ago I was on the search for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, I tried out a few variations, using flax or mashed banana as the “egg”. I was not impressed so I decided to take a basic recipe and just remove the egg and use vegan butter, non-dairy milk and vegan chocolate chips! BAM! this recipe was born!! using simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. These cookies are the perfect texture, their moist on the inside while still having a nice crispy exterior. These are perfect for tricking all of you non-vegans out there! Make a batch of these for your next party or gathering, let everyone gobble them up (cause trust me they will) no one will have a clue their 100% VEGAN!! These are a must try!!
Ingredients (makes 22-24 1.5 Tbsp sized cookies)
2 C of all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 C of vegan butter or margarine(softened)
1/2 C of brown sugar
1/2 C of granulated sugar
1/4 C non-dairy milk(I use soy unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 C of vegan chocolate chips

1/2 taza de azúcar granulada
1/4 taza de leche vegana
