These little cakes look amazing, Gretchen! Thank you for sharing with us. I’ve just started the pastry classes and I feel so inspired by you, I am so excited! I also love Easter time when it comes to cooking and baking because it’s not as chaotic as other lovely Holidays (like the one that made me find you, which was Christmas) and yet the creations are so mesmerizing! Even the simpler ones ^_^ I wasn’t sure about what to make/bake this Easter but I’m pretty sure these little guys will be on my table (not the vegan version though). I love the idea of using PB powder instead of a regular PB in the buttercream! And putting the Little Secrets in water to speckle them! Brilliant!! It’s the best when I learn new little tidbits from your videos!
