Ingredients: Crepes (approx. 25 crepes)

3 Cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
4.5 Cups (240ml), Almond Milk
3/4 Cup, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup, Maple Syrup
1.5 Tsp, Rum Extract
1.50 Tsp, Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp, Salt

For 8 to 10 Crepes:
1 cup (30 g), Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1.5 cup (240ml), Almond Milk
1/4 cup(s), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup, Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp, Rum Extract
1/2 tsp(s), Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp, Salt

Ingredients: Coconut Whipped Cream
1 Can Coconut Cream Thick and Rich (I used Trader Joe’s)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation Time: 5 min (crepes)
Cooking Time: 30 min

Number of Servings: 10 Slices
Amount per Serving: 325 Calories
