These are Chinese Peanut (not peanut butter) cookies. Usually it’s enjoyed during New Years, but they are yummy all year long. They are “sandy” type cookies, so if you enjoy that sort of texture (which I do!), then enjoy the recipe!!
Chinese Peanut Cookies Recipe
(Makes 10-12 cookies)
Ingredients:
1 cup ground roasted peanuts
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon shortening
Hey Guys! Thought this stop-motion film would be a fun way to present these really easy and yummy Chinese Peanut Cookies. They aren’t like normal peanut butter cookies in that they are sandy in texture. If you like peanut butter in your sweets, you guys are going to love these! Enjoy!!
