Recipe cauliflower pizza:
For the cauliflower pizza crust (2)
Ingredients:
400 gr cauliflower
100 gr oats
2 eggs
1 sprig rosemary
pinch of salt
1 sp sesame seeds
1 ts oregano
How to make the cauliflower pizza crust:
1. preheat the oven at 225˚C
2. Pulse the cauliflower florets in the foodprocessor, along with the sprig of rosemary. Put it in a bowl. Now pulse the oats in the foodprocessor to make oatmeal. Put all other ingredients in the bowl and give it a good stir until it’s well blended and sticky.
3. Devide the mixture in 2 and spread it out on a baking paper sheet and form a pizza round or spread it out on a baking mold.
4. Bake the crusts in 15 minutes.
Then cover the crusts with your favorite ingredients or use the ingredients I did in the video tutorial which are: (in the following order)
Pizza topping 1:
3 sp ricotta cheese
1 tomato
1/4 ts oregano
1 hand of basil
1 sp pine nuts
25 gr grated cheese
Pizza topping 2:
3 sp ricotta cheese
9 slices fig bread / 9 figs in pieces
20 gr blue cheese
1 sp pine nuts
1 sp honey
25 gr grated cheese
Bake them for another 15 minutes and your healthy cauliflower pizza is ready to eat! Enjoy your meal!
