This was the most amusing pizza demo I have ever watched. Well done, you! I make cast iron skillet pizza but a bit more haphazardly, I must admit, which often results in failure, by which I mean spottily under-cooked dough and singed toppings, and once or twice, a sauce-pitted pan. So I’ll give your process here a go, next time. Thanks For Posting : )
