Hi Pumpkins !

That wonderful recipe is inspired by Malt Loaf recipe from “ The Modern Cook’s Year” book.

It’s a perfect breakfast cake, which you can enjoy with a cup of hot drink in the morning, or have it in the afternoon when you craving something sweet after your lunch break.

Ingredients :

125 g prunes
125 g raisins
150 ml strong, hot black tea
150 g rice malt syrup
100 g brown sugar
125 g white flour
125 g wholemeal spelt flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 banana
