Recipe 
Banana&PB cookie/muffin :
-1 cup oatmeal
-1 tbsp applesauce (may want to add more for extra sweetness)
-1 ripe banana
-3 tbsp ground flax seeds
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp pb(or any nut butter)
