HEY GUYS! I know, a recipe video from me, been a while. I felt the motivation to do a quick recipe video (more like IDEAS) since y’all in the USA are going back to school! Thumbs up the video for back to school lunch ideas/afterschool snack ideas 🙂
RECIPES!
Lemon Apple Oats
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Apple
1 Cup Plant-based Milk
1 TBSP Flax Ground
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
METHOD:
Slice up apple into small chunks, and then combine all ingredients into a container and let sit overnight.
Easy Homemade Muesli
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Cup Plant-based Milk
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Trail Mix
1 TBSP Nutbutter
METHOD:
Slice up banana and add oats and trail mix to a bowl. Mix the oats and trail mix together before adding the banana, pouring with milk and topping with nut butter!
BREAKFAST MUG CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Scoop Protein Powder
3 TBSP Chickpea Flour
1/2 Cup Plant-based Milk
1 TBSP Ground Flax
1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients into a mug and microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on your microwave.
