Gluten-Free, alkaline bread that contains only Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide Approved ingredients. 2 ingredient, quinoa bread or pizza crust, with spices and seasoning to taste. Oops!!- Cumin is not on the updated nutritional guide from Dr. Sebi. My apologies. Do not add the black cumin seeds if wanting to strictly stick to the guide! *Hugs*

Recipe:
I soaked my quinoa, first. If you choose to do so, you can use less water. The general recipe is 1 cup dry quinoa and 1 cup water. Blend until a smooth pancake-like batter along with your desired seasonings.

I used:
dill
sage
onion powder
oregano
thyme
red pepper flakes
cayenne pepper
sea salt
kelp flakes
sesame seeds
black cumin seeds (NOT on the Sebi nutritional guide. Oops!)

  1. Hey sis! Followed you here from IG. And of course you know I had to subscribe. My naturopath took me off bread 20 years ago. I’ve learn to live with it but every now and again I get a massive craving. So thanks for sharing, this looks like it will hit the spot.
