Vegan CrabCakes using an air frier
Ingredients:
1 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1 cup seaweed extract

1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 of juiced key lime
1 sheet nori – crumbled to tiny pieces
1-1/2 tbsp Kelp for Shrooms TM
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
salt to taste
spring onion
sweet pepper or bell pepper
1/2 tsp mock lobster season

kamut bread and chickpea bread add some sea salt mock lobster season onion powder and some ginger powder

If you want to make the Wet mix: make a thick batter using breadcrumbs with some seaweed extract. Dip and let them sit in the fridge for at least 45mts then roll in breadcrumbs. Put grapeseed oil on both sides so it won’t stick to the frier.

Air Frier: preheat 5mts cook 370 degrees for 15 mts and flip over halfway
