Hi guys! Today I’m sharing a yummy nachos recipe that doesn’t require any cooking and is super easy and quick to make! Only around 5 minutes! It is a little different to a usual nachos recipe but it is really fresh and yummy! I also show you how to make a vegan cheese sauce to go with it. Vegan Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup soy cream (or water but soy cream will taste better)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Smoke salt
1 tbsp melted margarine (you can leave this out but it tastes better with it in)
Nachos Dip
1/2 small onion
2 ripe medium tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
Small handful fresh parsley
1 tbsp toasted argan oil (or olive oil but argan adds more flavour)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
You’ll Also Need
Fresh chives chopped for garnish (optional)
Corn chips (or other chips you prefer)
