Easy 3 ingredient no bake vegan dessert for summer, dairy-free chocolate covered fruit. Takes very little time to make, using just 3 ingredients: dairy-free chocolate chips, coconut oil, and fruit. As an option, top it with shredded coconut like I did, or add hemp seeds, nuts, sprinkles, etc.

Great for summer parties, or to make with your kids and friends, just keep them cool so they don’t melt, Enjoy!
