Frosting! You can use store-brought (check the labels because a lot of brands are “accidentally” vegan, e.g. Duncan Hines, Pillsbury) or make your own at home:
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp vegan margarine
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Beat with a mixer until smooth. So good!
