1 cup oats
1/2 cup cashews
5 dates (if not soft, soak 1 hr)
blend these ingredients together
then add
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
blend again until it forms a dough
gently add in 1/4 c chocolate chips and roll into balls
Makes 12 – 100 calorie cookie dough bites!
