Hey Guys,

I am back today with my first ever cooking video! I teamed up today with fellow weight-loss champ Justin Weber to bring you this easy low calorie recipe. Justin and I met online after we were both featured in the Kenosha Newspaper for our significant weight-loss. Justin has lost a total of 175 pounds by changing his eating habits and incorporating exercise. He has an instagram where he shows off his cooking skills and shares low calorie vegetarian and vegan recipes.

Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe
(including non vegan substitutions)
3 tbsp oat flour (or whole wheat)
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (Can use canola, margarine, or butter)
1 tbsp maple syrup (real syrup and not mrs buttersworth)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 tbsp milk (cow, soy, almond, etc)
