After many requests from YouTube users as to what it is exactly that Candice eats in a single day she has filmed this “What I Eat in a Day” video. There are several easy vegan recipes in this video you can implement into your own meals, especially in regards to getting your day started the vegan way.

Vegan Chick-fil-A recipe:

Still clad in her pajamas Candice walks us through her morning routine. This starts with taking a liter of warm water and juicing 1/2 of a lemon into it. She splits this between James and herself, so if you are making this for yourself you may want to consider just drinking half, or for that matter just making half as much. While she is drinking her lemon water she makes a breakfast smoothie by adding mangoes, alkaline water, fresh kale, flax seeds, chia seeds, a pinch of cinnamon, and some vegan protein powder. On this particular day in the life of Candice she opts to follow up her smoothie with a ginger shot.

Moving right along to the lunch portion of Candice’s “What I Eat in a Day Video” she has created a Chick-Fil-A burger that will be the focus of a forthcoming video for the channel and topped it with some vegan Provolone cheese. She sings not only the praises of vegan cheese but claims this particular provolone is ridiculous, as in ridiculously good. James joins her briefly in the video, clearly also enjoying this unique vegan lunchtime sandwich. There will always be a never-ending stream of videos featuring vegan recipes, what sets the recipes featured on the Edgy Veg channel apart is that they are carnivore approved. James is not vegan, though he is participating in the 30 day vegan challenge, he is traditionally a meat eater. As a meat eater his standards for flavor are set high when it comes to any meat substitute and this vegan Chick-Fil-A sandwich seems to get his golden seal of approval.

At 3:05 Candice finds herself in the kitchen again jonesing for some vegan snacks. During the week she doesn’t typically drink much coffee but on Saturdays she likes to enjoy coffee along with a little something special. In proper form Candice always grinds her coffee herself from the freshest roasted beans she can find. She uses a stove-top espresso coffee maker, but a french press, or even a traditional coffee maker would be fine. The most important part of any cup of coffee is going to be the quality of the beans so do your research the next time you find yourself staring at an aisle of bags all claiming to be high quality coffee. Along with her afternoon coffee Candice breaks out some vegan fudge made from one of the many vegan recipes that can be found on her channel, this vegan fudge comes from a recipe created by Jenny Mustard. You can find a link for it listed at the end of the description. She puts some chocolate almond milk into her frother, although you could use any type of vegan friendly milk here, vanilla soy would also be an excellent choice.

For the dinner portion of her “What I Eat in a Day” video Candice felt it would be best to go with something a bit lighter. After taking a look in her fridge she found that she had quite a few greens that needed to be eaten, a red bell pepper, and some half-eaten vegan Caesar salad dressing. She combines kale, butter salad, and several types of sprouts into a salad bowl and washes everything thoroughly. She then takes her left over Caesar dressing and adds cilantro, a tbsp of tahini, some nutritional yeast and the juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon. She takes the newly combined elements and blends them thoroughly breathing new life into her leftover vegan Caesar dressing. She then dices her red pepper and tosses everything into a glass salad bowl topping it with her newly created tahini salad dressing.

  1. its meaningless to be vegan if you are eating this shitty white bread and
this yellow “thing”, coz its not even cheese

  2. Give your life to Jesus!

We are indoctrinated at a young age to
believe certain things, certain ways. Santa Claus was a very strong message
    to
children, who then grow up into adults today. It said that the big, loving,
generous, all-knowing, good-hearted man who is from above and will bear
    gifts
to his children and bless his children, IS NOT REAL, and the fable crushes
childrens faith at a young age. It teaches them that believing in such a
    man is
foolish, childs tales, immature, and silly. Who would want us to think this
way? satan would. YOU ARE SAVED BY FAITH IN JESUS. SATAN IS SCAMMING YOU
    OUT OF
    YOUR SALVATION!!!!
