Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie:
2 cups almond milk
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup mango
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp peanut butter
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Buy glass straws:
Thai-Inspired Fried Rice:
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 carrots, cut into half moons
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 heads broccoli
2 red peppers, chopped
2 cups cook
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
Roughly 1 cup leftover Thai Basil Beef from my cookbook
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Add chilies if you like heat!

I eat my first meal around lunch time, it’s usually fruit and after that digests I’ll have avocado on rice cakes with everything but the bagel seasoning.
I’m a student so it’s usually a stir fry, pasta, or salad of veggies I forgot about 😂
I like to take soup for an on the go lunch! It’s always easy to heat up, and always delicious!
