Sweetened only with soaked Organic Dates and it’s delicious! This recipe can easily be made gluten-free using coconut or oat flour.
Vegan Vanilla Cake
3.5 cups Organic Flour (Sprouted Wheat/Coconut Flour/Oat Flour or a combination of all)
2 cups Soaked Organic Dates
1 tsp of salt or 1/2
2 cups Non-Dairy Vegan organic Milk (We use Oat Milk)
4 tsp Organic Vanilla extract
2/3 cup Organic Coconut oil (unrefined)
2 tablespoons Yeast
FROSTING
16 oz Dates soaked and Pureed (half for cake and half for frosting/filling)
4 cans Organic Coconut Milk – ***CREAM ONLY*** or buy Coconut cream
1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
