awesome recipe, on a different note id like to share what i made rhubarb arrived at groceries and made rhubarb strawberry pie. i cooked the rhubarb and strawb (lightly salted separately from crust (pre cooked that too mostly ) then i drained most liquid from filling i then used a little potato and arrowroot startch to keep filling from being too liquidy. i had tough time with dough as i tried with half rye flour.

I love Trader Joes but if we are gonna be honest, some stuff is hit and miss for me but i’ll 100 times go for their brand first because they are a cruelty free brand (Not vegan just don’t test on animals but they do have tooonnnnss of vegan options) so those marshmallows in cookies was an amazing idea! Love you! Can’t wait for more of your videos 🙂
