Vegan Richa’s Everyday Kitchen: Epic Anytime Recipes with a World of Flavour is Richa Hingle’s 2nd cookbook. I loved her first, Vegan Richa’s Indian Kitchen, so I was excited to review this one too.
In this vegan cookbook review, I try:
– Richa’s Brownies,
– Easiest Black Bean Burgers,
– Celery Ranch Sauce, and
– Firecracker Cauliflower

Review Vegan 100!
I would love to see reviews for Bosh!’s cookbook when that’s out, Vegan 100 by Gaz Oakley, and Sweet Potato Soul’s cookbook as well! Really enjoy your cookbook reviews 🙂
As always great review! I would love to hear your review on Sweet Potato Soul’s Cookbook!!!
I often reduce sugar by half in western dessert recipes. When did sugary desserts get so sugary? I could swear most desserts used to be lighter… My 9yo doesn’t like the sugar levels either so it’s not just me getting old. ?!
Tahini Kill I do the same! Everyone in my family are the same. It’s one of the reasons I can’t do cupcakes, the icing is SO SWEET. Cupcakes aren’t really a thing here in Sweden though.
I should buy this book down the road to give me ideas for book 2
